1. Pricing

• All pricing provided is an estimate only and may vary depending on:

• Difficult or restricted access to the property

• Hazardous or dangerous materials encountered

• Excessive weight or volume outside the agreed load size

2. Item Limits

• Individual items must not exceed 80kg in weight.

• All items must be under 3 metres in total length.

• Items outside these limits may not be collected or may incur additional fees.

3. Prohibited Materials

• We do not accept asbestos, chemicals, hazardous waste, or any items prohibited by local council or landfill regulations.

4. Access & Safety

• The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all items for removal.

• Unsafe conditions may result in refusal of service.

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, cash, or invoice (where applicable).

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

•Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

• Same day cancellations may incur a call out fee of $60.00.

7. Referral Reward Program

• Rubbish Removal Solutions offers a referral reward of $20 for successful customer referrals.

To qualify for the referral reward:

• The referred customer must mention the referrer’s name before or at the time of booking.

• The referred customer must complete and pay for their booked service in full.

• Only one referral reward will be paid per completed booking.

• Referral rewards are paid at the discretion of Rubbish Removal Solutions and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

• Referral rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for additional services or discounts.

• Self referrals are not permitted.

• Referral rewards will generally be paid within 24 hours of the referred job being completed and paid for
